Here an overdue entry on my trip to Kuching a couple weeks ago n some updates on the Aug happenings.

Again this is an OVERDUE post n so you cant see my fringe here. However, when I first stepped into class today, coursemate started to call me Joanne n Robin even said “Hi Joanne, why hv u grown taller?”    *speechless*

Anyway, Dad got me ticket to Kuching for a weekend to meet up the relatives there. Don’t ask me why I go Kuching often. Tat’s my dad’s beloved hometown n he misses the food there a lot… Therefore being her daughter me is lucky enough to have flew there for like once a year? hahaha

Oops, better not to be long winded, n let me intro my adorable niece! How lovely is she. I just cant resist myself to play with her.

Dad loves to stay over the new hotels n for this time we’ve tried Four Points! It’s really awesome! Had a real good nite sleep there on the comfy bed =)

Mum was in Kuching but she was very busy with her dancing workshops so I managed to see her for hours only.

Wat not, meeting Emily is a MUST for every time I go Kuching. She is really good in bringing us around tasting the local delicacies!

Thanks for the rides and your companion Emily =) Always enjoy to gossip with u.. Haha… Waiting for you to pay us a visit in KL ya!

These are part of the food we had.

Do notice that the porridge in Kuching is more watery as compared to the common porridge we normally had. Other than tat, the bowl of kon lo mee (not mee but Emily’s bowl of Kueh Teow) is in red.  I was told that the redness is actually the cha siew sauce.

The Gong Bia is absolutely good! Everyone agrees that it’s tasty! Get them in Song Chin Hoi. 

This or jian we had is so so only. Believe me, Kuching has wide range of local delights! Nothing much you can play there but EAT!

Back in KL n Dad was around for a few days.

Met up the cousin and her family from KK who were here for the kids drawing competition.

Shirlinda jie jie – a fren of my cousin. I didn’t know abt that when I first met her on my trip to KK with Jessie, Jaye for a workshop ages back.

Before I headed to Kuching, we sent Tzun off at KLIA. Sorry if i confuse you n yes this post isn’t in chronological order =P

Here another historical moment.

We actually surprised Wan Yen successfully on her birthday.. Joanne and I were squeezing our brain juices for sleepless nites to plan for tat.

We even got ah Tzun to prank her =)
