October 03 IV – Seremban & MalaccaThe very last destination for the Raya Break – Seremban and Malacca Met up our fellow coursemate Helina -the Seremban girl upon our arrival. She recommended us to try this soya bean, selling by the road side. We bought two packets and I was happy with tat Why? guess wat, one big packet costs RM 1 only. How reasonable is tat! Seriously, I’ll love to buy more and drink till I puke. Lunch @ this HK noodle hse. According to Helina, all the noodle is handmade by the owner. You can find tasty spinach noodle here as well =) We were impressed to see marvelous photos galore in this restaurant Our tour guide told us that the boss is keen in photography, undoubtedly, these are all his masterpieces. Great ones! Proceeded to this Asian bakery for the so called ‘gei dan zai’ Too bad that we were too busy eating till we hv forgotten to snap a photo of it Asian bakery’s egg tarts. Nothing much for us to explore in Seremban n this is our last stop before heading down to Malacca. Apparently, the day was scorching hot! Thank God for giving us lovely sunny days during our trips. All of us got tanned after all the trips especially the one to Sungkai. Culture Village of Negeri Sembilan Sincerely thank Helina for bringing us around =)
Moving on, *vroom vroom* Arrived at Malacca in the evening Chilled out @ Nadeje for the famous Mille Crepe which I blogged before Malacca is just like another hometown of mine since I’ve been there for uncountable times. Here the pics taken from A’ Famosa again. Yes, I know I hv been taking photos here for almost everytime I went there with my frens. Wat to do? Tat’s the landmark to prove we’ve been there right? Bear with me pls… Chabo volunteered herself to help the other tourists to take photo. Do spot the 2 Indian girls behind Chabo busy practising their dancing. They were recording that for unknown purpose. Deepavali perhaps? It was real funny to see the scene where numbers of the flowery trishaws hv to pass by the two girls for recording. Dinner time @ Jonker street 大宝. The MUST HAVE asam laksa I will never miss having one for everytime I step into Malacca. Anyway, the Sister is finally back from Texas for her training. I am happy to see her and I am HAPPIER to see the souvenirs she got me!! Love ya lot sis! How I wish u can go overseas for more training yea! We actually joined her to visit her assistant, Salimah’s [as shown as the previous pic] hse. Had the long time no eat ayam rendang, ayam masak merah and ketupat. Thank you Salimah for the hospitality =) Last but not least, Million THANKS to Joanne Wong and Wan Yen for their companion. The mission to return the baby atos to Sis has accomplished. Im done with the baby sitting job =)
Here marks an end of my sweet raya break ‘09. I must say it was a fruitful one!
N now, time for assignments! I do feel guilty blogging here instead of doing my work. No joke, coming weeks gonna be real hectic! Keep my fingers crossed. Comments (13)
